Lunar Ibiza Evening Dinner – September

Lunar's summer dinner series brings a touch of the White Isle to World of Wedgwood. Settle in for a relaxed, Ibiza-style evening of refined food, easy drinks and a DJ spinning all the Ibiza café chill vibes.

Your evening includes a three-course meal and a bottle of house wine shared per table. Choose one dish from each course below.

Starters

• Soupe Du Jour — homemade bread, flavoured butter
• Goat's Cheese Mousse (v) — caramelised red onion gel, walnut soil, candied shallots, beetroot, cavolo nero
• Coriander Asparagus & Crab — crab emulsion, quail egg, wild garlic dressing

Mains

• Chalk Stream Trout — Dijon & mint sauce, polenta, mint-infused radish, blackened cucumber, capers
• Marinated Pork Fillet — smoked potato croquette, bacon marmalade, rhubarb, date & ginger purée, kohlrabi
• Wild Mushroom Risotto (v) — spring onion, asparagus, carrots, cashew nut & olive tapenade, tzatziki gel

Desserts

• Sticky Toffee Pudding — salted caramel sauce, toasted coconut, tonka bean ice cream
• Earl Grey & Bergamot Crème Brûlée — sunflower seed & chocolate crumb, honey & basil ice cream
• Assiette of Homemade Ice Cream & Sorbet
