Claire Vardy-White
Claire Vardy-White is a British artist who studied Fine Art at Chelsea School of Art, London from 1986-1990. She now lives and works from her Nantwich studio in South Cheshire.
Claire has exhibited widely including group shows in Stockport, Mayfair at Cork Street where she won a painting prize. In 2014 she was shortlisted for the National Open Art show in London, and won the Gemini Prize for Art in the same year.
Working for a number of years in her studio she recently entered the Keele Three Counties Open Art show at The Burlsem School of Art where her painting 'Factory' won the Staffordshire Creamware prize.
We are delighted to have the exiting and vibrant artist's paintings exhibiting on the walls here at Lunar. Colourful, almost abstract oil paintings of often familiar urban and rural landscape which are found in North Staffordshire and South Cheshire.
